With two decades of coaching experience, Sam brings a results-driven approach backed by a Level 3 & 4 Personal Training qualification, Level 2 Nutrition certification and Exercise Referral expertise.
Sam has helped clients of all ages and abilities build strength, improve confidence and transform their lifestyle through sustainable, effective training.
Sam’s sessions are high-energy, supportive and designed to challenge you in all the right ways. He believes in creating a positive environment where you feel motivated to give your full effort, every single time.

Elle is a personal trainer and coach with over 10 years experience helping women transform their bodies and build confidence.
With a background in competitive dance and bodybuilding, Elle specialises in helping you feel strong, capable, and completely at home in the gym. Her approach goes beyond quick fixes, using proven strength training methods to help you lose body fat, shape your physique, boost your metabolism, and support your long-term health.
If you’re ready to feel stronger, more confident and in control of your body, Elle is here to guide you every step of the way. Together, you will focus on moving well, lifting with purpose, and building habits that actually stick so you can see real, lasting results.
You’ll get personalised 1-to-1 support with your training, nutrition, and lifestyle, so you always know exactly what to do and feel supported throughout your journey.
Elle is also a qualified pre and postnatal coach, who strongly believes in staying active during pregnancy (when safe to do so), as well as guiding you through a safe and effective postnatal recovery. Her aim is to focus on you, to help you feel like yourself again.

Buster helps clients build real strength, improve conditioning, and feel confident in both body and mind. Sessions are focused and intentional, whether that’s hypertrophy-based resistance training or pad work inspired by boxing & kick boxing. He is passionate about using training as a tool to support mental health, reduce stress and build resilience, not just physical results.
With a strong focus on hypertrophy and solid training foundations, Buster works best with clients who want to get stronger, leaner, and more capable inside and outside the gym.
Ollie
Ollie is a personal trainer specialising in hypertrophy and resistance training, helping a wide range of clients build muscle, increase strength, and improve overall performance.
Ollie’s coaching focuses on structured programming, proper technique, injury prevention and pain management to ensure clients train safely while achieving long-term results. He works with all experience levels, creating challenging but enjoyable sessions that build confidence, consistency and sustainable progress.
