The Leisure Centre offers affordable childcare for children in Year 1* to 6 inclusive. We also run a breakfast and after school club, as well as activities in the school holidays.
*Please note that children must have actually started Year 1 to attend.
Kidz Club Booking System
Update June 2026
We are continuing with the magic booking system as it appears to be working well.
We are asking that all parents / carers register by the end of July 2026 and book their sessions via this method going forward
We are obviously happy to make bookings for last minute or emergency sessions , but standard bookings will need to be made via the system.
For holiday bookings you will need to contact us in the normal way. We want to remain as flexible as possible and the variables are too extensive to make the booking system viable at these times. If your child does not attend before or after school but needs to attend holiday club . We ask that you register them via the booking system so that we have all of their up to date details.

KIDZ CLUB FREE TRIAL SESSION
We are currently offering a free trial of either a breakfast or after school session for new customers.

Breakfast club
Monday to Friday, 7am - 8.45am (term time only)
We operate our breakfast club in term time from 7am - 8.45am for just £5 (£7 including breakfast). The children have exclusive use of Sharky’s soft play before the staff walk them over to St Peters school at 8.45am.
After School Club
Monday to Friday, 3.15pm - 6.30pm (term time only)
Our after school club runs Monday to Friday from 3.15pm - 6.30pm.
£6 from pick up until 4pm, then £1 for every half hour until 6pm. For late stays (6-6.30pm) please add an additional £5).
After collecting the children from school they will have the chance to do various activities including; arts and crafts, football, team games and play in Sharky’s soft play area. The children can be collected anytime up to 6.30pm. We can also collect them from after school clubs at St Peter’s school and provide dinner for an additional £5.70.
Holiday Club
Monday to Friday, 7am - 6.30pm (school holiday only)
Our holiday activities operate from 7am - 6.30pm. Children can stay for as long as needed (all day, half day or even for an hour). It’s £4.50 per hour, £2.25 per half hour and we can provide breakfast for £2, lunch/dinner for £5.70. The children will have the opportunity to take part in various activities such as bouncy castle, Sharky’s, football, team games, arts and crafts and lots more!
