Free Beginner Exercise Classes in Henfield!
Are you looking for a fun, supportive way to start getting active? Horsham District Wellbeing is offering Free Introduction to Group Exercise courses designed especially for people who aren’t currently active. These sessions are perfect for anyone wanting to take their first steps toward a healthier lifestyle in a welcoming environment.
Over 10 weeks, you’ll experience five different types of exercise that are on offer at Henfield Leisure Centre, all tailored for beginners:
Group Cycling – Low-impact cardio to boost heart health and stamina.
Circuits – A mix of strength and aerobic exercises for a full-body workout.
Boxercise – Energetic routines inspired by boxing techniques.
Stretch & Tone – Gentle movements to improve flexibility and muscle tone.
Legs, Bums & Tums – A classic class to strengthen and shape key areas.
Friendly instructors will guide you through every step, adapting exercises to suit your needs. All you need is comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a willingness to give it a go!
These courses are completely free and run at Henfield Leisure Centre. Day and evening options are available.
